The time skip is the only thing that's changed. What I am basing my assumption of is that he said task 9 will have the 2nd solution. Now task 4 is PD 13. Even in L&P's roadmap he did not put any Aiden's tasks on Sat and Sun. So task 5 is PD 16 and following that we will reach task 9 on playable day 20.
When did he say that about task 9 having the second solution? I must have missed it. The only information I've seen about the solutions is what I post from him back on 8.25.19 which shows it to be P.D. 18/Day 25 for the second solution which is the 7th task.
What caused it was a time skip early in the game. For the first seven days (or so) there was no difference between Game Day and Playable Day. But then there was a 1 week time skip, so Playable Day was offset by seven days.

Whether it's worth the time and effort is something else entirely though. It's easy enough to spend days working out how to get something to fold and drape the way you want it. They've been "soft" up to now, despite which there are those who would disagree & just don't like blackmail to begin with. When L&P says that they won't be too extreme up to a certain point, it's anybody's guess what they'll comprise after that time. My own guess would be that, compared to other corruption games on this site, they still won't be "too extreme."
Somewhere between now and the end of the novel. I hope I narrowed that down for you.

It doesn't really bother me. In fact I'm playing the Office right now and I find the transition screens to be kinda a drag. It's only a second, but I find myself just wanting to advance the screen while I wait for the animation to playout. It doesn't add, or subtract, from the game so I don't really care. If L&P wants to do it fine, but it's a pretty low priority to me.Lust&Passion I think the empty black screens between scenes are highly annoying and look cheap, I would recommend something like The Office does: the dialog being written big in the center of the frame, and not at the bottom as everything else:
