29 déc. 2023 · My wife and I both had this issue on our phones. I just resolved it by calling my cell phone carrier. All they did from their end was to turn on what they called "visual voicemail" .

3 oct. 2024 · I finally resolved this, after many failed tech support hours with the carrier and Apple. Started with Att advanced support, who concluded this had nothing to do with them (which I believe now, despite contrary claims).

14 nov. 2023 · Unfortunately, Consumer Cellular is a discount Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). That means they don't actually own a network or towers.

The voicemail settings are controlled by your carrier, so contact your carrier.
